    Responsible for developing analytics and data implementation roadmap and software solution using SQL, machine learning algorithms and cloud platform to support analytical solutions, in Product and eCommerce analytics, including retail media, marketing mix, channel budget optimization, product feature prioritization, and product-market assessment

  • Design and implement Azure Synapse workloads: Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to understand requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Azure Synapse workspaces, pipelines, data lakes, and other Synapse components.
  • Provide technical expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in Azure Synapse and provide hands-on technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams in implementing Synapse workloads, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: : Identify and resolve technical issues related to Synapse workloads, including performance, scalability, and data integrity issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Optimize Synapse workloads: Continuously monitor and optimize Synapse workloads for performance, cost efficiency, and security, and implement best practices to improve the overall performance and stability of Synapse workloads.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest Synapse features: Stay current with the latest updates and features of Azure Synapse and evaluate their applicability to the organization's requirements and provide recommendations for adopting new features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful implementation of Synapse workloads. using Azure Synapse workspaces, pipelines, data lakes, and other Synapse components
  • Documentation and training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users on Synapse features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
    Qualification
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing Azure Synapse workloads, including Synapse workspaces, pipelines, data lakes, and other Synapse components
  • In-depth understanding of Azure Synapse features, best practices, and integration with other Azure services.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Synapse workloads.
  • Knowledge of data integration, data warehousing, and big data concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications related to Synapse, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Synapse Analytics - Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Synapse Analytics - Administrator, or equivalent, are highly desirable

  • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions, including data modeling, report and dashboard development, and data visualization, using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and other related tools.
  • Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to gather, cleanse, transform, and integrate data from various sources into Power BI datasets for analysis and reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

    Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Power BI solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and other related tools
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis concepts.
  • Proficient in data integration, data transformation, and data visualization using Power BI..
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from various data sources.
  • Experience in working with data visualization best practices, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with data integration technologies (e.g., ETL tools) is a plus.

  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms. Create and execute targeted advertising campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including technical interviews, panel interviews, and other assessments. Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

    Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, technologies, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
