  • Design and implement Azure Synapse workloads: Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to understand requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Azure Synapse workspaces, pipelines, data lakes, and other Synapse components.
  • Provide technical expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in Azure Synapse and provide hands-on technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams in implementing Synapse workloads, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: : Identify and resolve technical issues related to Synapse workloads, including performance, scalability, and data integrity issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Optimize Synapse workloads: Continuously monitor and optimize Synapse workloads for performance, cost efficiency, and security, and implement best practices to improve the overall performance and stability of Synapse workloads.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest Synapse features: Stay current with the latest updates and features of Azure Synapse and evaluate their applicability to the organization's requirements and provide recommendations for adopting new features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful implementation of Synapse workloads. using Azure Synapse workspaces, pipelines, data lakes, and other Synapse components
  • Documentation and training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users on Synapse features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
    Qualification
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing Azure Synapse workloads, including Synapse workspaces, pipelines, data lakes, and other Synapse components
  • In-depth understanding of Azure Synapse features, best practices, and integration with other Azure services.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Synapse workloads.
  • Knowledge of data integration, data warehousing, and big data concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
